Partnership opportunities can largely be tailored to the partner’s needs. Examples of ways to participate in competition activities include:

Skills -confectionery competition coaching

Skills confectionery competition coaching offers a wide range of collaboration opportunities.

Competitors participating in international competitions train in connection with Pastry Saimaa’s courses and training programs alongside industry professionals. This gives competitors the opportunity to network with top experts in the field both in Finland and internationally. Each competitor receives a personal coaching plan, which also incorporates Pastry Saimaa’s training programs.

Through Pastry Saimaa, the coaching has developed into a unique model where the key figures of the confectionery competition field work under the same roof: Head of the discipline Markku Vengasaho, EuroSkills Chief Expert Outi Suopanki, and product development specialist Eija Kuningas. Outi’s strong experience in international competitions dating back to the WorldSkills 2017 competition, and her current role as EuroSkills Chief Expert since 2023, provide competitors with strong support directly from the core of the international competition environment.
